Easing aches and pains

I staggered down to the St Johns Physiotherapy Practice last week having put up with a stiff neck and shoulder pains for several days and came away less than an hour later fighting fit and raring to get going on the garden again. One obvious drawback for a keen but ageing gardener is that the days and weeks spent landscaping a sizable patch of land inevitably lead to an aching back and tender, painful muscles in many other places! Thanks, Alison, for carefully identifying the problem areas and then getting to work with such skill and patience. Oh! And I am keeping up with the exercises you showed me and they are definitely making a differnce. Many thanks.
