All about 3D Security

3D SECURITY is an established company, with a Head office in Taunton, Somerset. We operate in virtually all sectors of the Security Industry and in all Areas of the UK and the Channel Islands and have extensive knowledge and experience, which we have accumulated by constantly improving our service and quality and building on our clients requirements. A Professional service with accountability and fully compliant in employment law and Health and Safety. At 3D Security we believe that there is a lack of good service and quality in a lot of the Security Services available in this Country. All our members of our Security and Office staff have been extensively vetted according to BS 7499, BS 7960 and BS 7858 regulations and have been checked with the SIA, CRB and the Police. We also check their history and experience up to ten years back which results in having more trustworthy professional and capable security officers with more experience in the Security Industry. We are very particular in whom we employ as 3D Security officers as we are very aware that our guards are always the public face of our company. Within in the Security industry in the UK there a many levels of Security licences issued after various levels of training, we mostly aim to employ staff who have trained and achieved an Door Supervision licence and the qualifications in Level 2 Conflict Management and the new physical intervention skills and training. This we feel gives our Security Officers a better all round confidence in themselves and then this transfers into their work and thus giving us a very Professional, Confident (not arrogant), trustworthy and a very adaptable Security officer. 3D Security Ltd is a registered company with full Public and Employers Liability Insurance and is VAT registered.

MOBILE SECURITY PATROLS

MOBILE SECURITY PATROLS: have a number of advantages. 1 They are more affordable than dedicated manned guarding and allow organisations and smaller companies in particular - to reap the benefits of having a professional Security presence. 2 They help to maintain a deterrent value by providing a visible Security presence. 3 A mobile service can also provide a swift reactive capability in the event of an incident. 3D Security has a wide range of new company vehicles (4x4s, Vans, Motorbikes) which are all fully signed and equipped with all necessary equipment to deliver the highest quality of service and provide our customers with a rapid response service. We can provide this rapid response and mobile patrol service because we dedicate individual company vehicles for small areas. This ensures that the service is very thorough and with very quick response times. All 3D Security Mobile Patrols use the Partner Patrol Management System. This system uses magnetic scan points which will be placed at strategic points on your site and which will be scanned with a patrol recorder, carried at all times by our guards. All relevant data, including times on site, dates and other relevant info will be stored on this recorder and at the end of every shift the data will be scanned into our computerised system. Reports of these visits will be accumulated on a weekly basis and forwarded to you. This ensures and shows you exactly what time our guards have been on site and have carried out their relevant patrols. This service comes as standard with our service. We will also provide you with signs that will be placed around your site, informing people that you have security on site. This service has prove a great cost effective form of security for construction sites, offices, lock ups, Garden Centres, Warehouses, Business premises and any vacant properties and with our random Security patrols we can stop theft, fire, squatting, flooding, vandalism and anti social behaviour. We recommend to our customers at least 3 visits per night from our mobile patrol units, at random times, to prevent any criminals to be able to pinpoint when security is on site. These can be used as part of a wider Security solution or as a stand-alone service according to your Security needs. 3D Security provides Mobile Security services to a range of companies of varying size and from different industries.

MANNED SECURITY GUARDING

MANNED GUARDING SERVICES: At 3D Security we work with all our clients to provide a wide range of manned guarding services that best suits their individual needs. Our security teams provide a large number of important security functions from static guards patrolling a site, concierge and reception security service, CCTV control room operation and customer service roles. The advantage of having a Manned Security over Mobile Patrols or CCTV & Alarm monitoring is that you are able to get a much quicker response to problems and issues, than is possible through other alarm response solutions. Most criminals would anticipate that their crime needs to be committed within 2-5 minutes of gaining access, so other response times are too slow in comparison with a static guard who is based on and patrolling a site/ facility. Additionally, security guards can also inspect your premises and make recommendations that will minimise your risks of theft and accidents or any other criminal activity. DOOR SUPERVISION

Having a Door Supervision Licence does not make you a 3D Security Door Supervisor DOOR SUPERVISION: All 3D Security Door Supervisors are SIA level 2 licensed and trained in Level 2 Conflict Management and have the new Physical Intervention skills and training and have been vetted by our company extensively. They also comply with the BS 7960 regulation for Door Supervisors and most of them are also First Aid trained. I am very confident when I say that all 3D Security Door Supervisors are Very Polite, totally Professional and are well trained for their job and they will ensure the safety of your staff and your venues and at the same time provide an excellent welcome for your customers. I do realise that you may already have a security company for your venue and I will certainly say nothing bad about them. What we are able to offer is a Strong, Dynamic and Experienced Door team that will more than meet your needs. We also issue all our venues a 3D Security Due Diligence booklet for your Managers to inspect and for the local licensing Officers and Local Police requirements with Signing in/out Sheets, Public liability Insurance Certificates, Incident report forms, Records of numbers in/out every hour with a venue total, ID checks, searches, toilet checks, Refusals at the door, Ejections, etc. This is how we expect our Door Supervisors to work and to carry out their duties while working at your event or venue. KEYHOLDING & ALARM RESPONSE

KEYHOLDING & ALARM RESPONSE: When your alarms go off outside business hours, being the first on scene can be both very inconvenient and potentially very hazardous. Substantial amounts of time and money could be saved using a Key holding service. This can also include the routine opening and closing of your premises and acceptance of late deliveries during your ‘out of hour’s’ period. How Secure are Your Premises? There is a real and worrying trend amongst the commercial sector in today's climate, that regards the issue of building security as an unquantifiable drain on profits and a 'grudge buy'. This system is also backed up with a separate safe holding the relative information. Our control office is manned 24hrs, 365 days a year and is approved/ authorised by almost every insurance company. All our vehicles are signed and highly visible and each vehicle has a Smaller Key Safe system on board. This service has proved invaluable to our clients who use this service, alleviating the worry of late night callouts or dealing with unsavoury incidents. Our experience has shown that many alarm activations are due to a contact break in the alarm sensors caused by windows, doors and sometimes a trapped bird. At other times a break-in is in progress, requiring a trained Security Officer to approach and manage the situation in a professional and safe manner. Our staff work closely with the alarm companies and the police, and are conversant with the processes involved with alarm activations and procedures. Normally we act as Number One key holder between the hours of 1800hrs and 0900hrs on weekdays, with 24 hour cover on weekends and bank holidays. At 3D Security you are provided you with a guaranteed response to your alarm activation 24 hours a day 365 days a year by professional trained guards ready to deal with any situation. Upon alarm activation, the alarm monitoring company will by law contact the Number One key holder and not the Police. Within a timescale of 15 minutes at the latest, our Security Officers will arrive on site and conduct an internal and external check of your premises.
