I am a Seikhem Reiki Master and a 'Passionista' of Crystals, and I work as a Complementary Holistic Therapy Practitioner in Somerset, around the Taunton and Bridgwater area, regularly at The Spirit Health Club, Holiday Inn, Taunton.

Maintaining a happy healthy status ​is very important to our enjoyment of life, as is addressing any issues that arise for us, such as emotional imbalances, the stresses and traumas that life can bring, and supporting our own healing processes in times of illness. Natural healing methods such as I practise have lasted for thousands of years, wisdom and knowledge that has been passed from generation to generation, across lands and continents the whole world over, too wonderful to ignore.

Meditation is a wonderful tool for clearing the clutter of the mind, for finding true relaxation, encouraging a positive attitiude and finding peace within ourselves. I do one-to-one sessions of Guided Meditation, suitable for complete beginners.
