Due to family breakdown I had been suffering from sleep problems, I tried numerous remedies, old-wives tales and supplements. At my wits end I tried hypnotherapy and found Phil's details on the internet. I visited Phil and immediately he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I cannot thank Phil enough for his help and time. I am pleased to say that my sleep has now returned to normal. I would definately use Phil again and would fully recommend him to you.

Phil Woolway Hypnotherapist
I used hypnotherapy to gain confidence to ride my horse again after an accident. The treatment was well planed with a lot of thought put into the sessions to help me overcome my fears. I would use this service again and don't think any improvements are necessary.
